It has been stored folded in the middle so there is a deep crease there and it is a bit fragile there to the extent that there a few short closed tears there. There are a couple of small stains on the front wrap. It contains Alice ANdrews: Surveyor (Thomson), Among Negro Students (Washington), The Swamp Tiger (Miller) among other works. It is full of wonderful period advertisements and is extensively illustrated with black and white drawings. There is a great, full page photo of recently appointed supreme court justice Oliver Wendall Holmes and his enormous mustache. pp 419 - 434
