About This Item
New York: Random House, 1937. Pictorial boards. Very Good +. Jean De Brunhoff. A handsome copy of the 1937 1st American edition, translated from its original French by Merle Haas. Tight and VG+ to Near Fine in its wonderful pictorial boards. A touch of very light wear along the edges, just the slightest bit of mild darkening at the bottom-edges. Internally, very clean, with no writing or markings to speak of. Folio, the 5th title in the timeless "Babar" series.
