This was a very good book. Fast moving, great chacters and lots of turns but always on point. I found myself cheering for the bad guy! I thought the end of the book could never end the way I wanted but.... It's a great read!! I've just ordered three other of Jack Higgins books and I can hardly wait to get them. BH

I love David Baldacci books. I've read alot and they seemed to get better with each one but this one wasn't as good as I had expected. Not that it's not a good book but I guess I hold him up to a higher scale because of his other books. The camel club books are the best. I'm already planning to pre order the new one coming in November!

I love this series. It is extremely funny. My only problem is the bad language. There's just no need for it. It doesn't help the book and it would be alot better without it. I purchased a new book, number four, and it had so much bad cursing and explict sex that I tossed it into the trash. I'm glad that the more recent books are alot better. They still have to much bad language tho. I hope she is realizing that younger readers like the books and don't need this or that just the books are better without it.

I've only recently found the Elloitt Roosevelt mystery books and I love them! This is one of the best ones I've read so far. The writing is great and the historical aspect of the setting. I feel like I have a front seat to history being made. It's very exciting! The twists and turns of the murder mysteries was good. I really enjoyed the book and look forward to the next one. Eleanor was very funny and down to earth. I like her alot. Barbara Howard
