This is a story of Noor Inayat Khan, whose father was Indian, mother American, who was born in Russia and brought up in France. She came to England in 1940, and eventually was dropped into France in 1943. Eventually arrested after being betrayed, she died in Dachau. This is her story, written by a close friend. Paperback, with pictorial cover; there are four pages photographs of Noor and her family. Condition notes: Covers worn, with the spine strip curling away for an inch or so at the base. Considerable dust-spotting to the top edges of the text block. Pages age-darkened, but clean.
