Saddle-stitched cream wrappers backed in cardstock, in a pale grey dustjacket printed only with an engraving of Gill's "The Constant Mistress" (Gill no. 867) to the front panel. Duodecimo (7-1/2" x 4-5/8"), pagination: 14 unnumbered pages.
