Overall condition is very good with the following defects noted: leading edges of all boards show wear at top corner (see image), a few gutters have cracked paper (all binding is sound), sunning to spines. Interiors are a high point. Prior book sellers pencil note in volume 1 otherwise no markings or bookplates. All page gatherings remain uncut except for a few in vol. 1.
