Myles na gCopaleen was the pen-name in the Irish Times, of Brian O'Nolan, who also wrote as Flann O'Brien. A near Fine copy of a nicely produced little book; clean pages and jacket, light spotting to top closed page edges and some offset browning from jacket to endpapers; owner's small name stamp to flyleaf margin; jacket price-clipped. A good copy only, with considerable foxing to a few pages of text, fragile wrappers quite worn, slight tape residue and heavy wear on spine, front cover has some stains. Flann O'Brien's second book, written in Gaelic, two years after his novel, *At Swim Two Birds*. Later published in English as *The Poor Mouth.*.
