About This Item

NY: Bloomsbury, 1999. 1st UK . Hardcover. Fine/Near Fine. Inscription "To leslie, David Guterson" title page. handsome, unbumped, unmarked, likely unread copy. Jacket has minimal traces wear, would not look out of place on a new copy. In mylar wrapper. It is our practice where a book does not meet the minimum selling price we work with, to pair it with a kindred title. That is the case here, JUST RECEIVED and paired with the above, a first US (stated first edition letter code EDCBA, justified left) handsome jacket, trace wear to book at spine foot, very mild, of the same title. The US' books grade would be Near Fine/Fine. A really beautiful pair, the US is not signed. Just received and added for sale as a trio a crisp, newish trade paperback of the same book. We always offer good lesser copies with the collectible ones in the thinking that the purchaser may wish to avoid reading the finer copy. All sold as a group at the listed price with one book priced media mail shipping.*We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately. Books listed by Brass Dolphin are so described, and graded, using the strict, traditional standards. For this reason, we have virtually zero returns.*
