Numerous b/w photographs and drawings illustrate the text. Gilt embossed lettering to the title block on the spine. Slight shelf wear to the head and tail of the spine, with slight associated wear to the overlying wrapper. A little thumbing to the introduction pages v - xii.with slight creasing to the top corner of the first few pages. Fresh and clean. Dust wrapper not price clipped with a slight tear of 0.5 cm to the wrapper at the head of the spine of the wrapper, now expertly repaired. Clean and tight. A near fine, well preserved copy.
