I believe this book was a working copy before it was published. There are handwritten notes and the last page is a half page. It is not signed, numbered and has no inserts. Issued as the seventh and last volume of the great series of the Raswan Index, this includes his final corrections and remains the most important reference for those advanced in their study of Arabians. Jane Llewellyn Ott's and Richard Pritzlaff's photographs were made available to Carl's widow, Esperanza M. Raswan to make this both his last work and a memorial to his achievements. Bound in pictorial black leather decorated in silver, spine plain. Boards lightly rubbed, small repair to spine. A very nice clean copy.
