Belgium: Printed and bound for Simon Popper by Die Keure,, 2006. Octavo. Original green wrappers with white lettering on front cover. Spine rubbed, else an excellent copy. Limited edition, number 820 of 1,000 copies, this copy additionally signed by the publisher, though uncalled for by the limitation page. Popper's production is a piece of conceptual art in which all the words and punctuation of Joyce's masterpiece have been rearranged into alphabetical order. The wrapper design is an imitation of the wrappers of the first edition. The entire edition consisted of 1,000 numbered copies, of which 100 were signed by Popper, 150 printed on special paper, and 750 copies printed on Furioso paper, of which this copy is one. The edition was printed for Popper's 2006 conceptual art piece "Borromeam", in which the books were circled by a model train.
