Previous owner has neatly trimmed top and bottom edges w masking tape (3/8") to guard against edgewear and reinforced backside of the spine and fore edges the same (not visible). DJ now preserved in mylar cover. Octavo. Originally published by Cassell & Company, 1960, this David & Charles edition was released in the UK in 1967 to coincide with the Augustus M. Kelly edition in the US the same year.
