Patch of fading at each end of the spine. Very good indeed in the remains of the dustwrapper which is now in three pieces: front panel and flap, the top edge being defective with the loss of some of the title; rear panel and flap, largely intact; spine panel, half of which is missing.

In fair condition. The dust-jacket has much tape and one of the flaps has almost fallen off due to wear. Its still very scarce with the dust-jacket which is the exact same as the first impression. The book has what appears to be sun-damage up high and low. Very scarce first edition of maybe Woolfs greatest work.
