Large green cloth hardcovers (8.6"x11.2"), gold lettering and bands on spine, "New Form" at bottom of spines; front cover has pale green icon and borders and title in small letters in top and bottom borders. Slight wear, tight bindings, no marks or writing. Lower outer edge of rear covers of vols 1 and 2 show faint dampstain and slight loss of color. Spines are about like new.
