A very good, clean, sturdy set overall; bindings solid, paper light to moderately yellowed, but there is some scuffing to leather at the extremities, two fore-corner tips through to board, top and bottom edges of backstrip of vol. 1 have been chipped, and one spine label has been re-attached with aged scotch tape!! This leather label appears to be a replacement and is maroon and not black. All these flaws are relatively minor given the general quality of the set.
