Firestone rails against the judicial system recognizing insanity defenses, and even discusses Bernstein's 'Search for Bridey Murphy.' Dark blue cloth over boards with gilt stamped spine lettering. Browning to page edges, but no other wear. Jacket crisp with just a hint of fading along spine.

Simonton is a pioneer in this field, and uses the personal papers, biographies, and creative output of historical figures to make his case. Interesting. Jacket has some minor edge wrinkles but no chips or tears. Extensive bibliography.
