First posthumous collection from the Irish poet James Liddy, who died in 2008. Liddy is among Ireland's most interesting and exciting poets. He began as a friend and acolyte of Patrick Kavanagh, published with the venerable Irish publisher Dolmen Press, and spent his later life in the U.S., where he made connections with and absorbed the influence of the "New American" poets, San Francisco Renaissance, etc. Contains an afterword and biographical information that contextualizes Liddy's work. This copy is as-new: Fine+ condition. Pbk., 80 pp.
