Angus Macvicar was originally from North Uist, took part in three assault landings in the Second World War, mentioned in despatches at Anzio, and eventually became a children's author. The book is in very good condition, contents unmarked and only some foxing spots on outer edges of pages. Dustcover in excellent condition, with some wear along the top edge.
