Chicago: Ukrainian Research and Information Institute, Inc, 1967. 126p., sewn signatures printed on heavy glazed paperstock, softbound in 9x6 inch plain printed white wraps and a dust jacket; dj flaps bear vita and precis information that does not appear in the book. Who'd he serve during hostilities? anyway, he wound up in Rhode Island.
