Includes a secretary's report for activities up to November 1947. The Institute (later Association) was founded and led by M.N. Roy, a prominent Indian revolutionary, whose international adventures included working to found the Mexican Communist Party and the Communist Party of India (Tashkent Group). This small archive comprises one letter written and signed by Ron Brokemeyer, a 3 page official call for convention by the Resident Editorial Board, an advertisement for a new series, and a 6p. pamphlet of the Constitution and By-laws of News and Letters Committees. Constitution has minor pen notation on front, and most items maintain a light damp stain on top the left corner, the letter by Brokemeyer is a tear in one corner, otherwise all items are in very good condition.
