Sikes, living in Leonardville, Kansas, talks about writing for the Industrial Pioneer, and his support of Joe Hill, he also reports on his role in the single-tax movement and his fascination with the eccentric economist Silvio Gesell, and in the last chapter expresses support for the presidential campaign of Henry Wallace.
