Book includes a handout for the Celebration Program and then a tour of the facility. Book is clean appears new. 15 pages. DeLhi, New York: The Republican Express, 1960. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/None Present. VG/1st ed. This book is rare; I find no other for sale, and only one listed in a genealogy library in Salt Lake City Utah. The cloth covering the boards is mottled, or is disolving, but no boards are exposed. Binding is tight, with a line of the binder's glue darkening at the front and back gutter. Title in gold on front cover. Samll book label from previous owner on front pasteddwn. Some very light spotting on page edges. Higher quality paper. No marking or soiling to interior of book. 350 pages of text. Excellent candidate for rebinding. Excellent genealogy and historical reference for local families. Comes to you in an acid free document bag for storage, which is a good idea because of the cloth and you can't just buy another copy---Let me know and I'll pop it in the mail to you.

Description:
Macon Georgia: Litho Press, 1989. Soft cover. Very Good/None Issued. VG/0/Reprint. Harry Stillwell Edwards won a second place prize of $500.00 for this short story from Life Magazine in 1916, and was later included in a volume of his short stories. Edwards was well known in Georgia for his stories of Eneas Africanus and Eneas Africanus, Defendant. This booklet was printed in 1989 by Litho Press for Robert L. McCommon, Jr., probably given out as a gift or with some kind of purchase. The booklet is 8 pages long, firmly stapled, with a small stain on the paper front cover, and two even smaller ones on the back. No stains orsoiling to interior. Signed at the top of the title page : "To Helen With Love from the author's granddaughter. ----------". This may be a first stand - alone-- I did not find another copy at all. Comes to you in an acid free document bag--and I can put it in the mail tomorrow.

Description:
Baraboo Wis.: Sauk Publishing Company, 1924. Soft cover. Very Good. VG/3rd prntng. The main flaw with this copy is the construction paper like cover to this 112 page booklet. The cover is longer than the interior pages and has some short nicks to the cover, mostly at the heel of the covers. There's a small white stain on the back cover. The interior has clean unmarked pages of higher quality slick paper. The booklet is loaded with maps and illustrations, and quite a bit of information about the local native Americans legends. Housed in an acid free document bag for storage. Packed well, and I can have it in the mail to you tomorrow. BASD

New York, New York: D. Appleton and Company, 1875. First Edition. . Hardcover. Good+/No Jacket. G+/1st ed. More a reading copy than a collectible copy, still in reasonable condition for a children's school book that's 141 years old. General wear to cover; all corners bumped and boards exposed at tips. Cloth worn with some tearing at top and bottom of spine. Embossed boards with lettering in bright gilt on front and spine. Blue painted pastedown and front free endpapers. The textblock is starting to pull away from the covers at the top, though the bottom half of the textblock is firmly attached. A little foxing to the title page, a very little amount scattered throughout. No marking or writing, no soiling. 186pp. with a list of the International Scientific Series, and four pages of advertisements, many illustrations. This title is uncommon, especially in first edition, but the most noteworthy point about it is that it's a science book written by a woman in 1875 and also illustrated by a…
