A Monograph on Muffins 1923 (large stain on back cover of #2 and cover of #3. 4. Deep Fat Frying A Lesson in Monograph Form 1923 5. A Lesson on Waffles and Griddle Cakes 1923 6. A Model Home Kitchen 1926 (several bent bottom page corners) 7. Pastry Baking 1925 8. A Monograph on Cookies 1926. (Back end page of book has a creased corner which affected several previous pages. The last couple of pages have some edgewear and crinkles at the top.)
Hard cover has some edge and corner wear and some stains.

Rare fourth edition. I received this book at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Probably the best source book for a high end home renovation. Even though it is from 2002 with a calendar that extends into 2003, the classic designs seem timeless. A great idea book with beautiful pictures and references for antiques to landscaping and beyond for Chicago and the Midwest.

Top and bottom edges of hardcover bumped, rubbed corners. Clean inside. Some page tips are creased. There is a section on identifying reproductions. Eighteenth Edition.

Price Sticker remnants on front, store Sticker back. Bend by bottom cover corners, minor edge ware. One page has some notes written in. No other Printing other than 1991 shown.

Two craft books #287 has patterns S238 thru S250. Book has a pink kool-aid type stain along the edge. #241 has most of the numbers featured from 7853-7871. Good condition, torn about an inch on one side from flipping through. Wrapper has creases & a book plate attached to the cover. Torn about 2" at bottom cover at spine.

First Edition - Inscribed to Beth and signed in gold ink on half title page Molly O'Neil. A Fine copy, creaks when opend. Movement marks back dj. otherwise fine.

Very Good Condition. 1985 Textbook for taking the Real Estate Licensing Exam in Illinois. Attractive Red Hardcover with gold lettering. Some highlighting and cover wear. Paper inside attached to cover top layer of about a third is missing. Principles still relevant.

Some slight discoloration to white wrapper with some edge and corner wear. NO writing inside.
