The stiff buckram boards are notably slanty (cocked) and the front hinge's paper is beginning to split. This refers to the gutter twixt the first paste down and the first endsheet. While the cheesecloth is holding and the item is an excellent candidate for repair, the hinge should be considered compromised and will need gentle handling. Text is heavy and while a trifle age darkened, but supple and unmarked.
