New York: Peter Hill, 1833. Poor. Quarter Leather. 12mo (up to 7½" tall). 408, 12pp, unpaginated illustrations. Leather spine with printed paper boards. Heavy wear to boards. Hinges cracked. Text appears to be complete, but two of the illustrations are damaged: one missing bottom 1-2" of page, another with a round 1" hole torn through the center. Part of one signature is free from binding. Bottom 2/3s of RFEP is torn away. Toning to edges of text with a few fox spots scattered through out. Chock full of minutiae regarding New York State in 1833 regarding towns, post offices, schools, prisons, etc..

Assumed First Edition. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. 544pp. Red cloth, black decorative stamps to spine and front cover, titles in black on gilt decorative panels. Varying degrees of edge wear from light at edges to some gnawing at spine ends. Both hinges starting. Text block is square, clean and tight, toned with age with some foxing to edges..

New York: Orange Judd, 1904. Good. Cloth. First Edition. 12mo (up to 7½" tall). Ochre cloth, blind stamps, white panels and titles. General wear and rubbing, water spotting to about half of the rear board. Text block lightly toned, otherwise, clean and tight. Real book, not a bad scan..
