NY: Seymour lawrence/ Delacorte, 1969. First American Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. An excellent copy in red covers states first american ed on copyright page. corners and spine ends are worn, contents excellent with previous owners name and small stamp inside front cover.

Joliet: P. F. Volland Co, 1928. Fifth . Hardcover. Very Good/Boxed. Author. A very nice copy with light edge and corner wear and few minor spots on the covers. with original box that duplicates the front cover art on the front of the box. the bottom edge of the box top is missing the the remaining two corners are split. Box also has edge and coner wear. White box bottom has fingerprints and surface soiling.

NY: G. P. Putnam's Sons, 1876. New Edition Revised . Hardcover. Good. Green cloth covers with gilt lettering. Covers are very spotty and generally worn, Contents are good with few pencil markings here and the there. Last blank end page is torn. a few pages have old stains or foxing.

Chicago: Wilcox and Follett, 1944. Hardcover. Very Good. Evans. A very good copy. Contents fold out into a long train. A little edge and corner wear on cover.

NY: Dutton, 1993. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. This is a very like new copy and jacket that is presented to a previous owner with best wishes and signed by garland on the front end page

Akron: Saalfield, 1942. First Edition . Soft cover. Very Good. This is five follow the dot books in like new condition the follow the dots through the day book has two puzzles done and one is colored, follow the dots to the city has all the puzzles neatly done but no coloring. follow the dot on the farm has all the puzzles done and colored. The other two books are completely unmarked. The box is in bad shape but all there. It has been crushed down and is torn at several seams.

Chicago: Saalfied, 1921. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Excellent copy with a light fade at cover ends and minimal wear. Jacket is in very good shape with edge and corner wear and some small chipping esp. at corners.

NY: Golden Press, 1963. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. Leonard Shortall. A very nice copy, big, about 14 inches by 9 inches, in the shape of teddy bear and bed. The pages of the book are the rectangular bed and the Teddy bear has a movable arm that comes up to stiffle a yawn. Thick board pages are held together with spiral binding that has slipped out of the holes some but could be re inserted. Old price stick on top edge of bear on front. A very odd piece, I have never seen another one in any condtion.

NY: American Book Co., 1889. Hardcover. Very Good. This is a very striking book in orangish covers with black embossed design and lettering, It is in excellent shape. No specific pub date given but the last date I can locate is 1889. 207 pages lots of whats bad and good for the young body. Pathfinder #2. in the pathfinder series.

Springfield: McLoughlin Brothers, 1929. First . Hardcover. Very Good. Tall narrow book with standing elephant on front cover which is shape cut to be rounded at top. Spine is paper and is split and has several pieces missing. Couple pages loose but all present. Light general wear esp edges and corners.

NY: Platt and Munk, 1935. Hardcover. Very Good+/No Jacket. Frank Ver Beck. Just a hint of shelf wear on the bottom edge and corners, a small scuff back cover near spine at bottom, and a previous owner has penned out his name on fep. Rest of book is near fine. clean and bright. Bright blue covers with black lettering and pictorial front.

Boston: Dewolfe Fiske Co., 1895. Hardcover. Fair. 4 beautiful color engravings of children and childrens themes. Wonderful color cover of child in victorian dress cleaning a cob web from a doorway with a bundle broom Cover is heavily edge and corner worn and spotty, pages are loose and one illustration is lightly creased across middle. Some pages have edge and corner wear. not dated but 1895 on owners inscription at front and that looks about right.

Sam'l Gabriel Sons and Co., 1952. Soft cover. Very Good. This is a paint book that has color book like pictures and the instructions say that a brush and plain water will cause color to appear when brushed onto the picture surface. None of the pictures has been painted and I have not tried it to see if the paint is still viable. Bright color glossy covers with rabbits coming from hats and a crow watching color appear as water is brushed onto a page30 pages, paper has yellowed some and a few corners have been bent and creased but are now straight.

London: Heirloom Library. Hardcover. Very Good. Blake, Fry, and Andrewes. Glossy pictorial covers with cloth spine. no date given. Corners well rubbed. and a few light pencil marks on a couple pages. nice copy. Shows the author with puppets on her hands in a tv screen on cover.

Racine: Whitman, 1916. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Chicago Park Commission Photos. Cover is very nice and clean, paste down cover on front of children at play is still very clear and bright with minimal yellowing, Cover edges are some worn as are corners. Spine lettering is still very clear and solid, Inside hinges are split at front and back and book block is very loose but still attached to the covers for now.

London: Raphael Tuck and Sons, 1893. Half-Leather. Good. Cook. This is a very old book die stamped in the shape of a japanese boy in traditional dress holding a doll that looks much like himself. 8 pages each with nice color pictures. Cover is worn on edges and has toe section missing on front. The short piece that is the legs and feet is creased at the bottom of the boys dress outfit. There are a couple other small creases. The small green cloth spine is complete and little worn but the pages have come loose on the inside. The contents are generally in good shape with a few finger marks and a light edge stain on one page. Not very politically correct and I think the author has mixed some of the oriental races but calls them all Jap. Not dated anywhere but quite old, 1890 is a guess

Boulder: Goofy Guru, 2003. First . Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. Author. A very nice copy and jackets. Extensively inscribed with drawings on front end page and signed uncle mozz

NY: Saalfied, 1916. Soft cover. Very Good. Nice copy of this childs book that is shape cut to match the front cover illustration. Contents clean and unmarked in good shape for age with minor edge wear and spine splitting up from the bottom about two inches.

Germany: Edgar Krause. Soft cover. Very Good. Martha Jager. A wonderful little book with great color artwork. Cover and interior illustrations are of dolls from various lands and in dress all are very nice. Book is in german and I cannot read a lot of the information, No date that I can determine but guessing that it would be from the 30's or 40's. Previous owenr name in small letters on front top edge. 20 pages staple bound. oblong.
