Some light staining to lower margins of pages towards end and back endpapers, with small stain to fore-edge. Crease and light stain to back cover. No inscriptions. Jacket front and spine very good, with a little browning, and tears to edges with small losses, back panel is browned and stained.

(très bon état). Bright clean covers with very light wear to edges, small abrasions to front edge of Vol. 1. Bindings sound. One map has old repair and creases. Some browning to pages (brunissement sur papier) (diffuse blotchy foxing). Some old notes in pencil to margins in French. Name in ink neatly to front free endpapers. A Very nice set.

Jacket shows some handling wear.
