Fleet lists at back in appendices. Covers clean and the colour plates are clean and bright. Title page has publisher or printer notes written on it, and all of the b&w photos have an initial and sometimes a written note on the corner or above the photo, occasionally over the photo.

Inside of jacket top shows old water stain, but this has not affected the covers or pages, apart from a little wrinkling to some top margins, and to jacket front.
