Corners are bumped/creased, pieces missing at head and foot of spine, owner's name on title page, and there is occasional underlining of names and notations in margins where the owner supplied names of persons the author mentioned, but not by name (typical of books of a genealogical nature); a few minor stains on a couple of pages, and light soil on covers.
