International Milling Company Inc, 1966. etc.. A set of eight retail bake shop layouts provided by the International Milling Company. The set was distributed during a 'Cool Rise' Demonstration of Fleischmann's yeast at the Colorado State University in August 1966. The eight plans come in a folder that depicts an image of a wheat field along with the dates of the demonstration listed at the bottom. The front flap of the folder has also been die cut into the shape of a bread loaf. Each layout within the folder has a layout done in one of four colors: red, green, yellow or blue. Each layout fold out into 5 sections and depicts the floor plan of a shop, and images of all the equipment needed as well as several paragraphs discussing the 'flow of production' in each layout.
