London: F H Dougal red cloth blind embossed and gilt titled, gilt spine and blind lower board, paste down and endpapers are yellow printed with 'Opinions of the Press' which mention 1904 and I assume this is the date of this edition, although there is an inscription to verso of title dated 1910, following the title there is a pink leaf and then a tipped in card with a facsimile letter from King Edward VII, then follows 472 numbered pages on normal paper stock, but also inserted amongst these are various pages, some folding, on different colour stock of testimonials from those who have gained inheritances from using Douglas' earlier Indices, OVERALL A VG BOOK .
