Description:
Chicago: American Stationery Products, 1945. Hardcover. Very Good. Forbell, Charles H.. Oblong octavo bound in printed cream and green boards with a wire spiral binding. No additional printings. Unpaginated, but about 30 pages, including several blanks at the rear. Designed for use by 4-H members to keep track of members, thoughts, projects and events. Forbell's illustrations take the form of cartoons, and are quite decorative throughout. Sherman was mainly known for his boy's sports stories and his later forays into psychic studies. This title is virtually unknown; indeed the author's website does not list it in either the author's bibliography or the site's holdings. The boards show very light wear with a touch of soil. Two leaves have pencil entries, which could easily be erased. The spiral is intact and there are no tears in the page joins. A clean, tight copy of a scarce title. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
