The Dead Zone

By Stephen King

First Edition/First Printing with no mention of subsequent printings, housed in the first state dust jacket with the $11.95 price intact and the 0879 code on bottom of front flap. A near fine book in a fine dust jacket. SIGNED and inscribed by the author on the front free end paper. An outstanding copy of this seminal novel by the master, scarce in this condition and signed. This book is in near fine condition with only some light sunning to the top of the board edges and some mild discoloration to the exterior text block, paste downs, and free papers; the binding is square and tight, spine lettering is bright, and the pages are crisp and white. Housed in a pristine dust jacket that shows only miniscule wear to the edges and a light crease along the back flap where the flap was folded over at some point. This volume is also protected in a custom slipcase with the front panel design imprinted on it's front and the spine lettering matching the book's spine. Promotional material for the novel issued by Viking as well as an early review of the book are laid in. Overall, an excellent copy; perhaps the nicest signed volume available on the market today further enhanced by the custom slipcase; a bucket list item for the SK fan! DJ is in archival protection and the book will be packed securely in a sturdy box.

CARRION COMFORT

By Dan Simmons

Stated First Edition; A near fine book in a good plus dust jacket. A very nice book in a clean, bright jacket. This volume is in near fine condition with a crisp tight binding, white pages, and bright lettering to the spine; mild discoloration and a light wrinkling is present to the front paste down and the first couple pages of the book. Housed in a good dust jacket that is clean and bright but does show minor rubbing and chipping to the spine ends, edges, and corners, a few closed tears to the panel edges including one that measures about an inch to the bottom of the front flap, and some wrinkling to the front panel presumably from a spill of some kind (a stain is present on the inside of the jacket, indiscernible from the outside, especially with the mylar protector). Overall, a handsome book housed in a jacket with a few flaws that still presents very nice; not remaindered, not price clipped, not ex-library. In archival protection.

The Mask of Cthulhu

By August Derleth

First Edition; a fine book in a fine dust jacket. SIGNED and inscribed by the author on the front free end paper. A stunning copy of this Arkham House novel, perhaps the nicest signed copy available today. This copy shows no significant flaws, only a very slight age toning to the back panel and flaps. Binding is crisp and tight, black boards are super clean, pages are white with just a very light foxing to the edges, and the jacket is clean and bright with none of the rubbing and chipping generally seen with this book. An almost perfect copy with the added enhancement of Derleth's signature; considering the reported print run of just over 2000 copies, this is a one of a kind book! In archival protection and shipped in a sturdy box.
