For Used BMVD Products: Defects/damage/material difference should be reported to us by the buyer within 14 days of receipt, and the returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery of the original shipment to the buyer. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days upon the receipt of your order for a resolution. We want to help you and deliver on our promises. We answer each email and offer personal service. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Your return reason(s) will determine your refund amount as well as give us a basis deducting return postage, a restocking fee up to 20% (or minimum $7.99 ) from your refund total.
