Scarce item. Laid in: letterhead for The Bantam Ball Bearing Company, of which Mr. Rogers was Chairman of the Board. Also laid in: 24 pp. index to the book, compiled by Arthur E. Bostwick. This was printed some time after the book was published, and adds greatly to the ease of finding information about people in the book. The inscriber of this copy has 3 mentions in the index, including a portait on p. 342.. 1st. Hardcover. Very Good.

Rare book on this controversial US soldier who died in battle in 1864. . Signed by Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good.
