When did you get started in bookselling?

We have been selling uncommon books, prints, maps & ephemera since 1988

What are your specialties as a dealer?

We sell Rare, out-of-print, uncommon, & used BOOKS, PRINTS, MAPS, DOCUMENTS, AND EPHEMERA. We do not sell ebooks, print on demand, or other reproduced materials. Each item you see here is individually described and imaged. We welcome further inquiries.

Do you have an open storefront or have you in the past?

We had open bookshops in Munising, Michigan (84 Charing Cross, EH?) and in Cleveland, Ohio (84 Charing Cross)

If so, do/did you have any bookstore pets?

Always a Beagle running about...Virginia Woof, Dorothy Barker, and now Miss Molly Bloom

What is your favorite bookshop (other than your own)?

The Strand in NYC

What do you personally like to read? Collect?

We both read extensively in almost all areas (except science fiction or romance). I am an independent scholar and Virginia Woolf and Bloomsbury is my area.

What's your favorite book you personally own? Would you sell it, if the price were right?

I own several signed Bloomsbury items. Also a signed Queen Victoria

If you were stranded on a desert island and could bring three books, what would they be?

To the Lighthouse Any Yi-Fu Tuan Mary Oliver's A Leaf and a Cloud
