Armstrong of Baylor University, Charles Erdman of The Theological Seminary of Princeton, New Jersey, and one letter is unsigned from someone in Greenwich, Connecticut. Cover is scuffed and worn, lettering faded but readable, front cover hinge tape repaired, pages 171-194 have a small v-shaped cut in the top margin not affecting text, contents are clean. Small tape repair to folding map at left margin barely affecting map. Map is otherwise in sound condition. The map depicts the buildings and grounds of the exposition at Jackson Park and Midway Plaisance. Book is illustrated throughout. Both book and scarce map are in surprisingly good condition considering its age.
