First Search WorldCat was only able to locate 7 copies, 3 in South Africa and 4 in the United Kingdom (none in the USA). ----- Pages: [6], 33. 4 7/8 x 7 1/4 inches ( 18,2 cm ). Binding: Stiff brown paper wraps, saddle stitched. Covers are chipped, soiled, curled, and partially detached. I suggest rebinding. Interior is generally clean with moderate soiling on four pages and 2 small tears at edges.
