CONDITION: UNREAD c. 1961 The World Publishing Company large hardcover (decorated boards) & dust jacket (in mylar cover), first edition, assumed 2nd printing. The book has problems, but IS unread and the interior is clean and tight. The problem is with the corners and edges of the boards (see or send for the scans) and with the dust jacket which has extreme edge wear top and bottom spine and at corners and is covered in mylar cover to prevent further erosion. I have done some small cosmetic work on the bottom edges of the boards, but it's strictly cosmetic and the corners are frayed. Questions encouraged and answered. CONTENT: "An exotic panorama - lavishly illustrated and pulsing with life - of the Aztec, Maya, and Inca civilizations. A major work of archaeology, anthropology, and history, by one of America's foremost archaeological historians.… Read More
