There are brief tears to the top edge jacket on the rear panel of Volume I and at the top edge of the front panel of the jacket to Volume II. The rear panel to the jacket of Volume I is also rather foxed at the edge. The books have some foxing on the outside edges of the text blocks but are sound and generally quite clean within. Scarce to have all three volumes together. Volume I and II are dated 1977; Volume III is dated 1980. Illustrated both in black and white and with some color plates showing some of the early watercolors by Latrobe. The watercolors paintings are well-done and fascinating.
