Description:
New York: Privately Printed, 1930. Book. Very Good +. Hardcover. 1st Edition. A square solid tight clean carefully read copy. This copy has some browning to the end papers front and rear with the name of the previous owner twice neatly to the FFEP and reverse of the front board in period handwriting. Full black cloth boards with gold inlay to the front board and spine. The original jacket and slipcase, both rare are with this copy. The black paper jacket with gold printing to the front panel and spine. The jacket has rubbing wear, edge wear, some edge wear chipping and a shortish tear. The slip case of rather flimsy construction has some rubbing wear, edge wear, one two inch split at one edge. Clear tape repairs have been made to some edges of the slipcase. Orange suede label with black printing does show a bit of lightish soil. This is a limited edition of 1200 copies of which this is un-numbered. 236 pp..
