Here is our return policy:
In order to return your item and receive a refund, you must send us your return post marked no later than 30 days after our tracking records indicate that your package was delivered. Please understand that, unless you are returning due to an error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the return package to us, and we cannot refund to you the shipping charge you originally paid upon ordering the book. We will refund the purchase price of your merchandise.
If you're returning due to an error on our part, we apologize for the trouble! In this case, we will refund to you the original cost of shipping which you paid upon ordering the item and the full purchase price of the item. The prepaid return shipping label will be at no cost to you as well.
