A fine copy in the publisher’s clear plastic dust jacket (wrinkled) and the original box, which is in very good condition and with a tape mend at one corner. A previous owner has noted in ink on the box cover, “autographed (uncut).”

Bound in full red morocco by the French Binders, Garden City. The extra suite of plates is bound in at the back. There is water staining along the bottom margins of the first half of the text, at its worst in the first couple of dozen pages, but it is barely noticeable at some other points.
