This has an interesting bibliography. It was published in a limited edition of 400 L&B 24-25, Ashby A119. This conforms to the Second State. However the 2nd state existed before the first was published and in fact was a gifted copy from Morley to Duchesne who was the publisher. This per a laid in typed note. .
