A beautifully bound book with five hubbed spines, gilt titles and designs, with marbled endpapers and page edges. Previous owner's name and date of Dec. 1881 on title page. Wear to head of spine as well as board edges and corners. There is also wear on the front and rear board. Despite the flaws, the book remains a very handsome, firmly bound, addition to one's library shelf.
