Four longer stories and nine short nursery rhymes are illustrated with colour pictures taken from Victorian magic lantern slides produced by the London firm of W. Butcher & Son (Primus) from the collection of L. M. H. Smith. Introduction by Smith. A quite charming and unusual book, more for adults than children. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
