The book's main flaw is its distinct uneven fading to the front and rear covers which were originally black but which have partially faded to a pleasing English saddle tan, spine also faded to that shade. Otherwise good to very good with light rubbing to the front joint, good hinges, sound text block, age-darkened but clean pages, three different names neatly written on the front free endpaper with different dates (1924, 1931, 1949) and a very small blindstamp with one of the same names at the top, no other markings..
