Most items are returnable for any reason for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit, provided advance notice is given within 5 days of receipt. Without advance notice, we will accept returns for exchange or credit only. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs either way are not refunded unless you're returning a book because it isn't as described. In that case we'll refund all these costs. Please pack returns carefully; we reserve the right to adjust the refund if an order comes back in less good condition than when it was sent out. All sales are final 30 days from the invoice date (45 days for orders outside the U.S.).
