London: London Features International, 1970. Collection of 13 vintage photographs of Elton John, circa 1970s, including twelve bordered photographs and one borderless. Twelve photographs with printed agency labels or stamps on the verso, and many with photographer stamps and manuscript ink annotations on the verso. Two photographs show John alongside his longtime lyricist Bernie Taupin, although the balance show John onstage in a variety of intricate and outlandish costumes, including one photograph capturing the musician playing the piano in a particularly flamboyant sequined coat with matching angel wings and halo. Especially notable among the collection is a photograph of the musician meeting Princess Alexandria of Denmark, circa 1972. Four photographs double-weight. With the stamp of photographer Duana LeMay to the verso, and one with LeMay's printed and addressed label and manuscript ink annotations regarding layout. "Siren" was the band's fifth album, and the first to produce a mainstream hit in the US, "Love is the Drug." 8 x 10 inches. Near Fine.

A NASA scientist is sent to covertly gather information about Herman's Hermits after the children of US astronauts pick "Herman's Hermits" to be the name of the newest Gemini space capsule. The second US film to feature the British-based band, following "When the Boys Meet the Girls" (1965). 10 x 8 inches. Near Fine.

New York: Island Records, 1980. Vintage black and white double-sided poster for U2's 1980 US tour promoting their debut album "Boy" and hit single "I Will Follow." One side of the poster advertises press responses to U2's debut album "Boy," alongside a list of the band's upcoming US tour dates, while the other side has a close up image of Bono on the mic and simply says " 'I WILL FOLLOW'! U2." Though reviewed at the time as relatively unpolished but still having potential, U2 has gone on to be one of the most widely-recognized bands in the world. Over the years U2 has sold over 170 million records, won 22 Grammy Awards (more than any other band), and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. 14.5 x 21 inches, folded. London: The Mott Collection / The Vinyl Factory, 2012. First Edition. First Edition. One of 300 numbered copies signed by editor Toby Mott and including a 45 RPM single with a Kraftwerk interview titled "ZDF Heute" from April 26, 2009. A remarkable exhibition catalog, sold out on publication, published to commemorate the exhibit of 45 Kraftwerk singles from the Mott Collection held from September 13 to October 5. The book sports a minimalist design very much in keeping with the Kraftwerk ethic, and is illustrated in monograph style with color images of each single on the recto, and release information on the verso leaf opposite. With an introductory essay by Toby Mott. 7-inch single is in a matching red sleeve, laid in at the rear, and bears the limitation number for the book. Antwerp: Sportpaleis Antwerpen, 1988. Vintage Belgian tour poster for two performances at the Sportpaleis in Antwerpen on July 22 and 23, 1988, in support of Prince's 1988 album "Lovesexy." The first date on the poster, July 22, was canceled. Prince's tenth studio album, released on CD as a single track and on LP without individual song index markings. The release was largely a solo effort, with Prince ruminating on the nature of good and evil in his own, inimitably funky way. Prince referred to the release as "my gospel album." The critically acclaimed tour in support of the album began in Paris in July 8, 1988, and ended in Osaka on February 13, 1989, covering Europe, North America, and Japan. Prince's performance in Dortmund, Germany-the final European stop on the tour-was televised on several European television stations, and was later released on video cassette and LaserDisc. 27 x 39 inches. Verso notes the release of the album, the first single "The Perfect Kiss," and the Jonathan Demme-directed video for the same. The third studio album by New Order, and the first time the band would fully embrace the use of synthesizers and other electronic elements, moving beyond their post-punk origins. The front of the sticker mirrors the typography and layout used for the cassette release, created by legendary Factory Records designer Peter Saville. 3 x 8 inches. Backing unpeeled and fully intact. Vintage Siouxsie and the Banshees Belgian concert poster, for a performance at Forest National, Vorst, on April 22, 1986, in support of (and one day after the release of) their 1986 album "Tinderbox," with a small "Belgique / Brussels" stamp at the bottom left. Siouxsie and the Banshees' seventh studio album, released April 21, 1986, was the first with new guitarist John Valentine Carruthers, and has been since widely hailed as one of the band's best albums, as well as one of the best albums of 1986, and features the enduring hit single "Cities in Dust." The "Tinderbox Tour," which began a year before the album's release and six months before the October 1985 release of "Cities in Dust," included the band's longest tour of the UK, as well as stops throughout Europe, North America, and South America, and ended on December 5, 1986 in Buenos Aires. 39.5 x 27.5 inches. Forest, Brussels: Dietvorst, 1985. Vintage tour poster for a performance at Forest National in Belgium on November 26, 1985, in support of the 1985 album "The Head on the Door." The Cure's sixth studio album, featuring the hit singles "In Between Days" and "Close to Me." The album was the band's first significant international success, and was named best album of 1985 by "Melody Maker." The Head Tour, as the tour in support of the album was known, began on September 8, 1985, in the UK, before heading to North America and Europe. The concert at Forest National, as advertised here, was the opening performance for the European leg. 27.5 X 39.5 inches. Near Fine, with light edgewear.

Deinze, Belgium: Konsertforum, 1984. Vintage Eurythmics Belgian tour poster for a performance at Brielpoort, Deinze, on February 25, 1984, in support of their 1983 album "Touch." In January 1983, the New Wave synth pop duo of Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart, Eurythmics, released their second album "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)," with the wildly successful title track, which quickly catapulted the band into international stardom. The band quickly recorded a follow-up album, "Touch," released in November 1983, which became the their first number one hit in the UK, and released three hit singles from the album, "Who's That Girl?," "Right by Your Side," and "Here Comes the Rain Again." The ensuing "Touch Tour" lasted eleven months for 92 performances, beginning in the UK on October 31, 1983, with stops in Australia and New Zealand, Europe, North America, and Japan, ending on September 3, 1984. 27.5 x 39.5 inches. McVie joined Fleetwood Mac in 1970, two years after after marrying bassist John McVie, having already contributed backup vocals and painted the cover art for the band's third album, "Kiln House." She wrote several key releases for the band, most notably "Over My Head" and "Say You Love Me" on the band's self-titled 1975 album, and "Don't Stop" and "You Make Loving Fun" for the 1977 smash hit "Rumors." 6.5 x 8.5 inches.
