First US edition first printing of this Purlock Hone collection of 4 short stories. What is interesting about this copy is the author's name is misspelt on the front cover. Crawford not Crawfurd. It is spelt correctly on the title page. I would think the correction would come later making this the true first. The spine is discolored from being handled. There are white marks on the rear board almost like bleach was sprayed on the book. In good condition.
